The Problem
Complete Balance Acupuncture & Rehab already had an established online presence, but the website had become harder to manage than the clinic needed it to be.

The Strategic Challenge
The project needed to accomplish more than transferring pages from one platform to another.
Complete Balance serves patients who may arrive on the website already dealing with pain, injury, discomfort or uncertainty about which treatment is appropriate for them. The digital experience therefore needed to make information easier—not harder—to navigate.
Visitors needed to quickly understand the clinic’s services, learn about its approach to care, determine whether a treatment might fit their needs and confidently move toward booking an appointment or contacting the clinic.
At the same time, the website needed to work operationally for the business.
Moving away from WordPress could reduce maintenance complexity, but only if the new Squarespace environment was structured intelligently enough for the Complete Balance team to manage routine content without continually relying on technical support.
The migration therefore had to balance patient usability, conversion, search visibility and long-term manageability.

The Strategic Insight
The central insight behind the project was simple:

Complete Balance did not need its existing WordPress website recreated page-for-page inside Squarespace.

The Solution
NAV Branding rebuilt Complete Balance Acupuncture & Rehab on Squarespace around a clearer information architecture and a more deliberate patient journey.
The website was reorganized so visitors could quickly move between the clinic’s services, treatment information, practitioner and clinic information, new-patient resources and key conversion actions.
Service content was restructured into more consistent, scannable sections designed to answer the questions prospective patients are most likely to have: What is this treatment? What can it help with? What should I expect? And how do I get started?
NAV also established stronger conversion pathways throughout the experience. “Book an Appointment,” contact and direct-call actions were positioned more intentionally across the website, with particular attention given to mobile users who may be ready to contact the clinic immediately.
The visual system was refined around a clean, calm and professional healthcare aesthetic, using clear typography, balanced spacing and responsive layouts to make information easier to absorb.
Behind the scenes, the migration moved Complete Balance away from the maintenance requirements associated with its previous WordPress environment and into a Squarespace system designed to make routine website management considerably more straightforward.
SEO foundations—including page titles, metadata, clean URLs, heading hierarchy and image alt-text practices—were also implemented to create a stronger technical and structural foundation for local search visibility.
